Art Gallery or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a print grants you ownership of the physical printed product only. It does not grant you any license to reproduce, distribute, digitize, publicly display, resell, or create derivative works from the artwork or imagery, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, not a guarantee of sale. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or production capacity limits. If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, you will be notified and refunded in full for the cancelled amount.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy; in the event of a pricing error on a listed product, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund rather than honor the incorrect price.

5. Print-on-Demand Production

All artwork sold through this Site is produced on demand by our fulfillment partner at the time of order. Because each piece is custom-manufactured rather than shipped from existing stock, production and shipping timelines are estimates as described in our Shipping Policy, and order changes or cancellations are subject to the limitations described there and in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or make use of third-party services, including payment processors and analytics providers, that are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
